基于甘肃省开展的“国培”项目---职教教师信息技术培训发放问卷,对甘肃省各市县200名职教教师信息技术能力进行调查,采用主成分分析法对42项能力素质进行因素分析,最终提取了7项能力因子,并根据旋转矩阵将42项能力归类,建构为职教师资信息技术能力培训内容体系。%Based on questionnaires of “national training”project launched by Gansu Province:Vocational Teachers IT Training,this research investigates 200 vocational teachers IT capability in Gansu province. Using the principal component analysis to conduct 42 competency factor analyses, in accordance with the rotation matrix to classify 42 factors, this research ultimately extracts seven factors to construct vocational teacher’s in-formation technology capabilities training system.
