Recently, a variety of achievements of Hexi area historical geography has been acquired in China, while the academic circle pays no attention to sorting them out. The paper reviews the previous studies on the historical physical geography, the historical economic geography, the historical cultural geography and the urban geography of Hexi area to receive the instructions from the academic circle.%近年来国内河西地区历史地理研究的各种成果较多,但学界对其梳理不多,文章拟分别从河西地区历史自然地理状况、河西地区历史经济地理、河西地区历史文化地理、河西地区城镇地理等方面研究概况进行回顾,以就教于学界。
