Learning community is a hot research topic in recent years. This paper expounds the concept, charac-teristics and significance of the learning community. On the basis of the research results of predecessors, this paper also puts forward that the learning community has five characteristics, that is, homogeneity, democracy, cooperation, openness and reflectiveness. At last, it explains the meaning of learning community.%学习共同体是近年来比较热门的研究话题，文章对于学习共同体的概念、特征、意义等进行了阐述，在整理前人研究成果的基础上，提出学习共同体具有同质性、民主性、合作性、开放性、反思性五大特征，并对其意义进行了说明。
