校企合作是培养应用型人才的必由之路。通过对我国校企合作的现状和原因进行分析，提出了培养应用型高级专门人才的校企合作支持体系的对策，探讨校企联合培养应用型高级专门人才的有效途径，为培养企业所需高级专门应用型人才的校企合作支持体系建设提供参考。%University-enterprise cooperation is the only way of training application-oriented talents. This paper analyzes current situation of university-enterprise cooperation and its causes, puts forward measures on training ap-plied senior specialized talents, and discusses effective ways to cultivate the applied senior specialized talents, which provide reference for the construction of university-enterprise cooperation system targeted at training of advanced spe-cialized applied talents for enterprises.
