通过回顾教育部首批国家骨干高职院校———铜仁职业技术学院“三级跳”式发展之路，分析作为地方高职院校发展典型经验的“铜仁模式”。主要有仰望星空、脚踏实地，做好顶层设计、决胜中层，集约节约财力，借梯登高、文化管理，整合资源、服务三农、集团化办学等做法，为西部欠发达地区职业教育发展，提供了一个成功案例。%Through reviewing the development path of Tongren Polytechnic College, one of the higher vocational colleges recognized as national backbone by the Ministry of Education, this paper analyzes the Tongren model, which represents the typical development experience of local higher vocational colleges. This model mainly includes setting up high objectives and doing practical work, doing a better job of top-level design and achieving success in middle-level design, intensifying financial resources, drawing lessons from others and carrying out culture management, inte-grating resources, serving agriculture, farmers and rural areas and running colleges through collectivization. All these valuable experience provide a successful case for the development of vocational education in the western less-devel-oped areas.
