College counselors are not only important guiders for college students' thought and behaviors but also are executors to strengthen their ideological and political education under the leadership of the Party and the State. They are responsible for outputting comprehensive talents. However, many problems exist in the construction of this team itself. This paper focuses on the professional and specialized construction for counselors to explore methods in connection with following aspects: counselor homogeneous structure; instability, personnel mobility;imperfect specializa-tion, inadequate discipline support; strait direction of development, small probability of promotion opportunities and inadequate attention from the university.%高校辅导员是大学生在校期间思想和行为的重要引导者和指路人,是党和国家加强大学生群体思想政治教育工作重要的实施者,承担着为国家输出德智体全面发展人才的历史使命.然而这支队伍自身的建设也面临诸多问题,本文从推进辅导员队伍职业化、专业化建设的角度,着重从以下几个方面探讨破解之策:队伍结构参差不齐;队伍不稳定,人员流动性大;专业建设不完善,学科支撑不足;发展通道窄,晋升空间小以及院校层面重视力度不够等.
