This paper first puts forward the idea and method of talent training in the interactive teaching in the course of food standardization. Teaching practice shows that it is an efficient way of talents training of food standard-ization to carry out teaching reform in the tasks of food standardization, and to comprehensively use experiential learning, role play, interactive simulation training which are led by the project.%本文首次提出在食品标准化课程体系的互动教学中开展以工作任务仿真模拟为手段的人才能力培养思路与方法.教学实践表明,通过对食品标准化工作任务进行"可教学化"改造,综合运用项目主导的体验式、职能扮演及互动仿真模拟训练,是食品标准化人才应用能力培养的一种高效途径.
