The transformation of teaching activities in private colleges and universities from the original teaching and application oriented to the application and innovation oriented aims to the cultivation of innovative talents. And the key to the transition is how to build a high-quality teaching staff. Transformation is both an opportunity and a challenge for teachers in private colleges and universities.
