在对大学生心理健康教育课程教学实践反思的基础上，从积极心理学的视角，探索心理健康教育课程改革的新思路：设置以积极心理学理念为导向的教学目标，构建以培养学生积极品质为核心的教学内容与教学环境，实践以积极体验为核心的体验式教学模式，以达到培育学生积极心理品质，促进学生全面发展的目的。%On the basis of the reflection on the teaching practice of College Students' mental health education, from the perspective of positive psychology, this paper explores the new ideas of the reform of mental health educa-tion curriculum: to set the teaching goal guided by the idea of positive psychology, to construct the teaching content and environment to cultivate students' positive quality as the core, and to practice experience teaching mode with positive experience as the core, the aim of which is to cultivate students' positive psychological quality and promote students' all-round development.
