生命科学的研究发展过程中，离不开实验动物科学，而它的形成是通过动物实验逐步积累的过程。但是，科学研究快速发展的今天，事实上实验动物的应用研究早已不单单是用在生命科学领域了，而且是确保现代科学实验研究必需的条件之一。不同领域的科学研究当中，比如标准试验、对照试验、效果试验、安全试验等，实验动物在其中充当不可缺少的角色。而实验动物当中的小鼠是应用面最广、应用数量最多的动物。因此，对于小鼠饲养管理以及繁殖技术越来越受大家的重视。现就此谈谈小鼠的繁殖技术及其影响因素。%The development process of the life science research can not be separated from the laboratory animal science as its formation is a gradual accumulation process of animal experiments. Although scientific research is be-ing rapidly developed currently, application research on experimental animals is not only applied in field of life sci-ence, but also functioned as one of the necessary conditions which ensure modern science experimental studies. In scientific researches of different fields, such as standard test, contrast test, effect test, safety test, etc., experimental animals are indispensable. Among experimental animals, mice are the most widely used and the number of use is the largest. Therefore, raising management and the breeding technology in mice are increasingly concerned. This paper introduces mice breeding technology and relevant impact factors.
