With the increasing number of college graduates every year, university students' employment work has many challenges. Vocational guidance is an important means as graduate entrepreneurship education, there is an im-portant role and significance to the success of graduates in employment and employment stability. This paper dis-course the role and importance of vocational guidance in promoting university students' employment work ,university students' employment work exist major problems ,and proposed measures and methods to improve university students' employment work , so as to enhance the quality and level of university students' employment work.%随着高校毕业生人数的逐年增多，大学生就业工作面临着越来越严峻的挑战。职业指导作为大学生就业创业教育中的重要手段，对毕业生能否顺利就业以及就业稳定具有重要的作用和意义。本文试论职业指导在促进大学生就业工作中的作用和重要性，高校在大学生职业指导工作中存在的主要问题，并提出了做好大学生职业指导工作的对策和方法，从而全面提升职业指导在促进大学生就业工作的质量和水平。
