近年来，“科学商店”在上海迅速发展，通过在社区设立“科学商店”，开展“柜台式”服务，“科学商店”有效推进了大学生社区志愿服务的深化发展。在迅猛发展的同时，“科学商店”也出现了一些问题。本文试图以能力建设理论的角度出发，从个体、组织、环境三个层面分析“科学商店”存在的问题，并探究“科学商店”的发展模式。%In recent years, the rapid development in Shanghai "scientific shop", through the community set up a "store" science, "counter" service, effectively promote the university students "scientific shop" the deepening develop-ment of community volunteer service. Perspective, this article attempts to ability construction theory from three aspects: individual, organization, en-vironment analysis of the problems existing in the "shop" science, and explore the developing mode of "store" science.
