Situational experiential education model, referring to the full use of the image, is a teaching model which combines with cognitive and emotional activity by creating a typical scene, to spark the studentsˊ learning e-motion. In this paper, taking Hebei Medical University Clinical School as an example, we seize the advantage of ed-ucational model to explore and try the situational education to stimulate the studentsˊ consciousness of self-education, to nurture studentsˊ sound personality and quality,and finally to enhance the overall quality of students in multi-channel, multi-level perspective.%情境体验式教育模式，指的是充分利用形象，创设典型场景，激起学生的学习情绪，把认知活动和情感活动结合起来的一种教学模式。本文抓住这一教育模式优势，以河北医科大学临床学院为例，从实际情况出发，多渠道、多层次对学生进行情境式教育的探索和尝试，激发了学生自我教育的主体意识，培育了学生的健全人格和优良品质，全面提升了学生的综合素质。
