The writer has investigated the employment satisfaction of about 700 graduates in 5 higher vocational colleges in Wuhan and talent requirement of employers. Based on the research, the paper analyzes the stakeholders of higher vocational graduates, employers and colleges, and explores the inlfuence of different stakeholders to the employment quality of higher vocational graduates.
