Along with the advance of the society, the information theory has been widely applied to every aspect of society. Information theory has been applied in all kinds of subjects with the development of information-based society. With the application of information theory in the library management, it can adjust management orientation by using the feedback from information stream and raise the timeliness and pertinence of library management, so as to secure the efficient operation of the whole library system.
