This paper reported the fabrication of untreated multi-walled carbon nanotube /poly (vinylidenefluoride-trifluoroethylene) [MWCNT/P(VDF-TrFE)] composite nanowires using anodic aluminum axide (AAO) template under vacuum.Scanning electron microscope (SEM) revealed the microstructure of MWCNT and P(VDF-TrFE), respectively.X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetery (DSC) showed that carbon nanotube affects the crystallinity of the polymer.The analysis of the dielectric properties verified that the doping of MWCNT effectively enhanced the dielectric constant of MWCNT/P(VDF-TrFE) complex nanowires, indicating potential applications in electronic nanodevices.%以三甲基羟乙基氯化铵作为可溶性载体,支载氰基乙酸酯,与硫及醛或酮经Gewald反应合成了10种2-氨基噻吩类化合物,产率为55%~91%,产物经红外光谱及核磁共振分析,与其结构相吻合.该方法操作简单,产物分离纯化方便,解脱下来的季铵盐结构没有遭到破坏,可循环使用.
