围绕领导理论的发展脉络，对领导理论内涵的演变进行综合分析，探讨领导理论的特质论式、行为论、权变论、批判论和新领导论等基本流派，并对其基本观点进行了阐述。在此基础上，对领导理论的发展脉络进行归纳和总结，分析领导理论向战略领导理论演变的规律，对未来领导理论的趋势进行了初步的展望。%Focusing mainly on the leadership theory,this paper carried out a comprehensive analy-sis on the evolution of the connotation of leader theory,discussed and expounded basic leader the-ory schools,including trait theory,behavior theory,contingency theory,critical theory and the new leadership theory.On this basis,this paper offered the induction and summary of the devel-opment of leadership theories,analyzed the leadership theory evolution to the strategic leadership theory,and presented preliminary outlook on the future trend of leadership theory.
