滤棒成型与发射设备集中除尘系统的设计

         

摘要

为了解决卷烟厂滤棒生产时产生的纤维粉尘危害问题, 在分析纤维粉尘产生原因的基础上, 运用流体力学和气力输送的原理, 提出了滤棒成型机和发射机集中除尘系统的设计方案.以贵州省某卷烟厂为例, 在滤棒成型机和发射设备易产生粉尘的部位设置密闭罩, 拆除发射机自带除尘器, 利用一套除尘系统集中处理2种不同设备的粉尘.该方案既满足了生产工艺要求, 又改善了车间劳动卫生条件.%In order to solve the problem of fiber dust generated during the production of cigarette filter rod, the theory of dust collection system for filter rod shaping and launching equipment is presented, in which the design program is raised on analysis of the fiber dust source, using the principle of hydrodynamics and pneumatic conveying. Taking a cigarette factory in Guizhou Province as an example, the main contents of the design include setting the airtight dust cover at the place where the filter rod shaping equipment and the launching equipment are prone to generate dust, removing the integrated box of filter rod launching equipment, and using one dust removal system to collecting the dust of two different types of equipment. The program can not only meet the production process requirements, but also improve the sanitary conditions of the workshop.
