Oil leak appears in front cap in cigarette translation mechanism in PRPTOS 70 after the Machine Runs Some Time. By analyzing oil leak in front cap in cigarette translation mechanism in PROTOS 70, the reason of oil leak was found out, and the method was drawn up that circulating lubrication should be used instead of closed-circuit lubrication. The result showed the life of seal had been improved to about 6 000 h (Normal Life) from about 4 000 h.% PROTOS 70烟支传输机构运行一段时间后，前盖存在漏油问题。通过分析找出了漏油原因，提出了由循环润滑代替密闭润滑的解决方案。对设备的机械和电气进行了改进，并应用于 PROTOS 70和 ZJ17卷接机组上。改进后传输机前盖骨架油封使用寿命由原来的4000 h 左右提高到了6000 h 左右的正常使用寿命。
