Based on the data collected from 775 students in higher vocational colleges,this paper is to examine the reliability and validity of the Frost and Shows'indecisiveness scale form higher vocational college students.The criteria were the self esteem scale,Chinese version of Frost's multidimensional perfectionism scale (FMPS).Results:The item analysis indicated good homogeneity and discrimination of the items;The exploratory factor analysis indicated that the scale included confidence,planning and anxiety three factors,and the cumulated variance that can be explained by the three factors were 49. 7 1 6%;the confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the three factor model fit well with conceptual model,and the structural validity of the scale was acceptable;The correlation analyses indicated that the revised scale had good criterion related validity,and the absolute value of the correlation coefficients ranged from 0.34 to 0.72(P <0.05);The Cronbach's alpha coefficients for the factors ranged from 0.68 to 0.76.Retest reliability of whole scale was 0.73 and retest reliability of whole scale were significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:The Frost and Shows'indecisiveness scale form Chinese version is a reliable and valid instrument,and it meets the psychometric requirement.The higher vocational college students'in-decisiveness personality is at the middle level,and there are no significant differences in gender,grade, subj ect and hometown.%引进Frost 和 Shows等人编制的犹豫量表(FIS量表),在高职学生样本中进行中文版信效度检验,并探究高职生犹豫人格现状.选取自尊量表和中文版Frost多维度完美主义问卷(MPSF)作为效度指标,采取整群取样的方法对775名高职生进行集体施测.结果发现：项目分析结果显示量表条目有较好同质性和区分度；探索性因素分析表明,FIS量表包括自信、计划、焦虑3个因子,这3个因子可解释总变异的49.716%；验证性因素分析表明,提取的3个因子与构想模型拟合较好,该量表具有较好的结构效度；FIS量表效标关联效度的相关系数绝对值在0.34~0.72之间(P <0.05)；FIS量表及各个因子的内部一致性系数在0.68~0.76之间,该量表再测信度为0.73,并且该量表再测信度也达到了显著性水平(P <0.01).中文版犹豫量表具有较好的效度和信度,符合心理测量学的标准.高职生犹豫程度处于中等水平高职生犹豫人格特质在性别、年级、学科类型和生源地差异不显著.
