Pragmatic failures include pragmalinguistic failures and sociopragmatic failures;the latter is more likely to cause cultural conflicts,and even lead business negotiations breakdown.To avoid Busi-ness Japanese sociopragmatic failures and seek effective methods and laws to improve the social pragmat-ic effect ,the author analyzes some specific cases and discusses their features and causes.%语用偏误包括语用语言偏误和社交语用偏误两种，其中，社交语用偏误更容易引起文化冲突，甚至导致商务洽谈失败。为规避商务日语社交语用偏误，对商务洽谈具体案例进行分析，探讨发生偏误的特征及原因，寻求提高社交语用效果的有效方法和规律。
