Based on an investigation questionnaire datum from 178 rural families in the Huzhou’three counties and two regions,and by using the Logistic model,the essay gives an empirical analysis of farm-ers’willingness in land opting out,securitization and circulation ,and its impacting factors.The study shows that the positive and negative correlation of population and male numbers in rural families is just the true reality of today’s rural situation.And the education level and cognition of the land circulation policy both have a positive effect on securitization and land circulation.The higher nonagricultural in-come is another fact for farmers to have stronger willingness in securitization and land circulation.Be-sides,the degree for farmers’relying on land shows more obvious impact on famers’willingness in se-curitization and land circulation.%基于浙江省湖州市三县两区178份农户的调查问卷数据，运用 Logistic 模型，对农户选择土地退出和土地流转证券化农户选择的影响因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明，湖州市农村家庭人口数和男性人口数的正负相关影响正是现在农村的真实体现，文化水平和对土地流转政策的理解程度对于土地流转证券化的支持更趋于正相关。非农业收入越高，对于农户趋于土地流转证券化的意愿也就越强烈，此外，农户对土地的依赖程度，对农户参与土地流转证券化的意向影响更明显。
