Through investigating the recent pre control of the external operating point,we find that many construction companies frequently work at night.The existing ordinary warning signs at night can be low,and can not play a warning role.By analyzing the reasons of low visibility of the safety warning signs,we have designed a new type of night vision safety warning signs.The effect of its use has been investigated,and its advantages are obvious for its low cost,easy installation and good night vision effect.It has played an important role in avoiding the occurrence of the undermining event of the electric-ity line caused by construction.%通过近几年外部作业点的预控情况发现，很多施工企业频繁在夜间进行作业，原有的普通警示牌夜间可视率低，起不到应有的警示作用。通过分析安全警示牌可视率低的原因，设计一种新型的安全警示牌———夜视型安全警示牌，并对其使用效果进行检测，结果发现，新型夜视型安全警示牌夜间可视效果佳，能有效避免施工导致的线路外力破坏事件，而且具有改制成本低、安装便捷等优点。
