To solve the problems existing in sewage pipeline exhaust valves,such as failure of sewage flow direction judgment,lack of secondary leak protection,prone to false alarms and lack of information management platform,we develop an exhaust valve intelligent secondary protection device and a sewage pipeline intelligent maintenance system based on cloud services.The intelligent device has such functions as flow direction judgment,secondary leak protection,self powered and network alarm,and the cloud service system realizes the functions such as centralized online monitoring of exhaust valves in the pipe-line,intelligent scheduling of inspection and maintenance tasks and related information management. The system successfully solves the common problems existing in the sewage pipeline exhaust valves op-eration and management,thus the safe operation and management maintenance level of the sewage pipe-line is greatly enhanced.%针对目前污水管网排气阀不能进行污水流向判别、缺乏泄漏二次防护、易产生误报警，以及缺乏信息化管理平台等问题，开发了排气阀泄漏智能化二级保护装置及基于云服务的污水管网智能维护系统。智能化装置具有污水流向判别，防止误报警、二次防泄漏、自供电和网络报警等功能。云服务系统具有对管网中排气阀集中在线监测、检维修任务智能调度和相关信息管理等功能。该系统成功解决了当前污水管网排气阀运行和管理过程中普遍存在的共性问题，能全面提升污水管网排气阀的安全运行水平和管理维护水平。
