By exploring SCL 90 of reliability and validity in postgraduates and analyzing SEM and MGT,1 25 1 postgraduates in SCL 90,we find that each of the dimension of generalizability coefficient and index of dependability are 0.67~0.85 and 0.64~0.82 and the composite generalizability coefficient index of dependability are 0.968 and 0.962,so SCL 90 has an accuracy of measurement and a good reliabili-ty,and each dimension of items can also be appropriately cut.Moreover,χ2/df=3.176,CFI=0.97and RMSEA is lower than 0.05 in SEM,SCL 90 of construct validity is also good.In summary,SCL 90 has good reliabili-ty and structure validity.%运用多元概化理论与结构方程技术对SCL 90量表进行信效度分析,发现SCL 90量表各维度概化系数为0.67~0.85,可靠性系数为0.64~0.82,都达到中等水平,总分概化系数为0.968,可靠性指数为0.962,说明 SCL 90量表分量表和总量表都具有较高信度,同时各个维度题量可以适当删减；对 SCL 90量表进行结构效度分析发现,模型拟合指数较佳.综合认为SCL 90量表具有较好的信度与结构效度.
