The Party＇s purpose is to serve the people heart and soul. Since its founding 90 years ago, this purpose has never been wavered or changed. But this does not mean that this purpose has been exactly implemented at any time and under any circumstances. At present, on the issue of carrying out the Party＇s purpose, we are encountering some difficulties, plights or troubles, which attributes to the erosion of Western decadent ideas and the reoccurrence of the Chinese traditional feudal ideology. The lack of ideological understanding is also due to the imperfection of system and mechanism. Carrying out the Party＇s purpose well is the only proper way to attain the people＇s trust.%党的宗旨是全心全意为人民服务，建党90年来从未动摇或改变过。但并不意味着任何时候任何情况下都得到了不折不扣地贯彻与落实。当前，在实践党的宗旨问题上，遇到了一些困难、困境或困扰，既有西方腐朽思想的侵蚀，也有中国传统封建思想的死灰复燃；既有思想认识不足，也有体制机制的不完善之处。实践好党的宗旨是党取信于民的不二法门。
