共享单车的出现, 有效解决了城市居民的短距离出行问题, 满足了公交出行"最后一公里"的需求, 其"无桩"停放的便利使用方式、简单方便的付费模式受到了广大城市居民的欢迎, 但是在共享单车的使用过程中也出现了诸如违规加锁、密码共享等各种问题.通过对共享单车使用者的调研, 分类汇总共享单车使用过程中出现的多种违规现象, 并通过主成分分析探索违规现象产生的主要因素, 最后从共享单车营运企业、政府以及使用者等多元视角, 提出相应的对策与建议.%The emergence of shared bicycles has effectively the problem of short-distance travel for urban residents, and meets the demand for"the last mile"for public transportation.The convenient use mode of"pile-free"parking and the simple and convenient payment mode are welcomed by the majority of urban residents.However, various problems such as illegal locks and password sharing have also emerged during the use of shared bicycles.By investigating the users of shared bicycles, this paper classifies and summarizes the various violations in the use of shared bicycles, and explores the main factors of violations through principal component analysis.Finally, from the multiple perspectives of shared bicycle operators, governments and users, it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
