客户协同产品创新、转化式学习和新产品开发绩效:一项实证研究

         

摘要

研究客户协同产品创新、转化式学习与新产品开发绩效之间的关系问题极具理论意义和实践价值,本文对此进行了深入探索.将客户协同产品创新划分为心智模式协同和网络结构协同两个维度,将转化式学习划分为知识维持与知识激活两个维度,从维度层面构建出理论框架,以江苏省的高新技术企业为调查对象进行实证检验.结果表明:心智模式协同正向影响知识激活、新产品开发绩效的关系在统计上呈显著状态;网络结构协同对知识维持与知识激活、新产品开发绩效的正向影响具有统计显著性;知识维持和知识激活对新产品开发绩效的正向影响也具有统计显著性;心智模式协同对知识维持的影响不显著.知识维持在网络结构协同正向影响新产品开发绩效,知识激活在心智模式协同、网络结构协同正向影响新产品开发绩效关系中的部分中介效应具有统计显著性;知识维持在心智模式协同影响新产品开发绩效关系中的中介效应不显著.%Guided by the idea of collaborative innovation,enterprises pay attention to customer collaborative innovation in activities of new product development increasingly.Based on the concept evolution of customer participation and collaborative innovation network,the academic concept of customer collaborative product innovation under the background of new product development develops gradually.In short,theoretical research on the impact of customer collaborative product innovation on new product development performance is in the initial stage.When activities of customer collaborative product innovation occur,customers and enterprise staffs will carry out transformative learning,and thus enhance new product development performance.Obviously,there are not only complex and direct impact relationships among customer collaborative product innovation,transformative learning and new product development performance,but also transformative learning is playing an important role in interpretation of the mechanism of the impact of customer collaborative product innovation on new product development performance.At present,research literatures about complex relationships among the three and the corresponding impact mechanism from the perspective of dimension are relatively scarce,which becomes an important obstacle restricting advance in depth of enterprise practice and a major research shortcoming,but this paper tries to make a breakthrough in this respect.Dividing customer collaborative product innovation into two dimensions of mental model collaboration and network structure collaboration,and dividing transformative learning into two dimensions of knowledge maintainence and knowledge reactivation,this paper empirically explains complex impact relationships among dimensions of customer collaborative product innovation,dimensions of transformative learning and new product development performance,and the mechanism of the impact of dimensions of customer collaborative product innovation on new product development performance by dimensions of transformative leaming using data from Chinese enterprises,which will make scholars and entrepreneurs understand the key role of customer collaborative product innovation in activities of new product development more scientifically.Empirical results show that,positive impacts of mental model collaboration on knowledge reactivation and new product development performance present a significant state from the perspective of statistics.There are statistically and significantly positive impacts of network structure collaboration on knowledge maintainence,knowledge reactivation and new product development performance.Positive impacts of knowledge maintainence and knowledge reactivation on new product development performance are also statistically significant.Impact of mental model collaboration on knowledge maintainence isn't significant.Partial mediating effects of knowledge maintainence on the positive impact of network structure collaboration on new product development performance,knowledge reactivation on positive impacts of mental model collaboration,network structure collaboration on new product development performance are statistically significant.There is no significant mediating effect of knowledge maintainence on the impact of mental model collaboration on new product development performance.This paper makes a new and clear dimension form for customer collaborative product innovation and transformative learning,and tests complex differentiation impacts among main concepts from the level of dimension,and explores the achieving mechanism of the impact of customer collaborative product innovation on new product development performance by transformative learning.Therefore,enterprises should change traditional operation mode of network structure,and ensure a routine about smooth communication of information,and guarantee the collaborative development team which is made up of enterprises and customers to maintain and reactivate existing knowledge.Enterprises and customers should establish common value and faith to ensure that customers integrate into collaborative product innovation in the mental model.According to the need for collaborative development work,enterprises should reactivate,analyze and transform the stock of knowledge owned jointly with customers,and make a ready for developing new products to meet customers' really needs.Enterprises should build organization structure which can support the launching of transformative learning,and straighten out intrinsic links among each stage of transformative learning such as knowledge acquisition,disposal,storage and so on,and motivate the maximum mediating effect of the driving of customer collaborative product innovation on new product development performance by transformative learning.
