In view of the serious imbalance between demand and supply of domestic oil resource and its important use value , the safety of oil import has become one important part of our national economic security . 17 of our country's main oil import sources own differ-ent degree of safety because of their special national conditions . This article builds the evaluation system based on four aspects of resource , economy , political and distance , analyzing quantitatively the safety levels of 17 countries with the method of entropy evaluation method . The research finds the resource is the most important factor in the safety level of oil import . On this basis , it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the security level of our country's oil import from the four points of view respectively .%鉴于国内石油资源严重的供求失衡以及其重要的使用价值，石油进口的安全已成为我国国家经济安全的重要部分之一。我国主要的17个石油进口来源国因其特殊的国情而具有不同的安全度，本文从资源、经济、距离和政治因素4个方面构建了评估体系，通过熵值法量化分析了17个国家的安全度水平，并且研究得到资源是影响石油进口来源国安全度水平的最重要因素的结论。在此基础上，又分别从这4个角度针对性地提出了的提高我国石油进口安全度的对策和建议。
