Al2O3添加对纳米CeO2高温稳定性的影响

         

摘要

本文以CeCl3·7H2O为铈源,CO(NH2)2为矿化剂,柠檬酸为表面活性剂,采用水热法制备了高比表面积CeO2,通过XRD、BET、SEM和TEM对CeO2进行表征,通过浸渍包覆和机械混合2种方法添加Al2O3,研究了Al2O3添加对CeO2高温稳定性的影响.结果表明:浸渍和机械混合添加Al2O3都可以提高氧化铈粉体的高温稳定性,900℃老化5 h后,粉体的比表面积分别达到23.25,25.25 m2/g.%The nano-CeO2 has a high specific surface area at low temperature , but the grain of nano-powder grows at high temperature and the specific surface area decreases sharply .The catalytic reaction of automobile exhaust gas needs carrying out at high temperature of 1000℃.Therefore, it is required that nano-cerium oxide have good high temperature stability .Herein, Al2O3 was added by impreg-nation and mechanical mixing , and the measures to improve the stability of high temperature were explored .The results show that the addition of Al2O3 can improve the high temperature stability of cerium oxide powder after impregnation and mechanical mixing .After aging at 900 ℃for 5 h, the specific surface area of the impregnation and mechanical mixing powders is 23.25 m2/g and 25.25 m2/g, respectively .
