基于Fluent的W型辐射管燃烧数值模拟与分析

         

摘要

采用Fluent软件对W型辐射管内天然气的燃烧状态进行了模拟.首先在ANSYS中建模并划分网格,然后再将限元文件导入Fluent中进行燃烧模拟.通过对比在不同工况下燃烧流场的数据参数,从而选出最佳的燃烧状态,对W型辐射管结构的优化和燃烧气体成分比的设置有一定的参考价值.%Fluent software was used to simulate the combustion state of natural gas in W-type radiation tube .First, the model was estab-lished in ANSYS and grid was divided;then, the limited file was imported into Fluent for the combustion simulation .The data parame-ters of combustion flow field under different working conditions were compared to select the best state of combustion , providing certain theoretical reference for the optimization of W-type radiant tube structure and for the setting of the combustion gas composition ratio .
