以中国专利文献数据库( CPRS数据库)收录的1986-2013年海洋浮式平台技术领域专利为研究对象，借助专利情报分析方法，对我国海洋浮式平台技术领域专利信息进行分析。分别从专利技术生命周期、专利技术分类和专利申请人等角度揭示我国海洋浮式平台领域的发展变化，并通过专利相对优势指标显示研发机构的技术竞争力，采用赫芬达尔指数预测我国海洋浮式平台领域的新兴技术发展趋势，在此基础上制定适合产业发展的专利战略和对策，为我国海洋工程装备制造战略性新兴产业技术创新提供参考依据。%Based on patents information collected by China patent retrieval system (CPRS) database from 1986-2013, the innovation sta-tus of offshore floating platform technology field in China is investigated and analyzed. The development trends of offshore floating plat-form technology field are obtained through the analysis of technology life cycle, patent classification and applicants. The revealed patent advantage index is adopted to display the technological competitiveness of research and development agents. The Herfindahl Index is used to predict the emerging technologies in offshore floating platform field. Finally the patent strategy is developed to provide reference for technology innovation of offshore engineering in China.
