As an important complication after gynecological carcinoma operation and radiation, lymphedema is widely noticed in recent years, because of its high morbidity rate and refractory nature. According to the study on the morbidity rate of lymphedema, the patient's age, surgical method and treatment differences were statistically significant. Medical treatments for lymphedema include some complex physical therapy methods, such as skin maintenance, massage, compression and movement under compression. Surgical treatments for lymphedema include tissue removal and drainage bypass surgery. By introducing clinical manifestation and treatment status of lymphedema, this thesis provides some reference to early diagnosis and treatment of lymphedema after gynecological carcinoma operation and radiation.%淋巴水肿作为妇科恶性肿瘤术后及放疗后的重要并发症,由于其发病率高、不易治疗而引起人们的关注.对淋巴水肿发病率的研究表明,患者年龄、手术方式、治疗方式不同,淋巴水肿的发病率亦不同.对于淋巴水肿的内科处理,有皮肤养护、按摩法、压迫法、压迫下运动法等复合性物理学疗法.外科治疗可分为组织切除和旁路引流手术两种.阐述淋巴水肿的临床表现及内外科治疗现状,为今后在妇科恶性肿瘤术后及放疗后淋巴水肿的早期诊断及治疗提供参考.
