At present, the status quo of the ideological and political education in col eges and universities is not optimistic, there are many problems that need to be solved, this paper analyzes the different educational paradigms, namely:text and people oriented, the change of the two is influenced by many factors, mainly for lack of humanistic spirit, external and internal factors influence and so on, in order to realize the effective transformation of the two, this paper presents some targeted suggestions, in order to promote the efficient development of col ege ideological and political education work.%目前，高校思想政治教育的现状不容乐观，其中存在诸多的问题急需解决，本文分析了不同的教育范式，即：文本与人本，二者转变受诸多因素的影响，主要为缺失的人本精神、外部与内部因素的影响等等，为了实现二者的有效转变，本文提出了几点针对性的建议，旨在推动高校人本思想政治教育工作的高效开展。
