The paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges and the existing problems, discusses the characteristics of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges. Put forward the hierarchical management and effective incentive, and culture between colleges, policies and regulations formulated more practicable and effective path, in order to promote the construction of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges.%分析我国高职院校兼职教师队伍建设的现状和存在问题，探讨高职院校兼职教师队伍的特点，提出了分层次管理、有效激励、校企互培、政策法规制定等可操作性强的有效路径，以推进高职院校兼职教师队伍的建设。
