“三基”工作的基本内涵是基层建设、基础工作和基本功训练。抓基层建设，就是要抓班子、抓队伍、抓党建、抓思想；抓基础工作，就是要抓制度、抓执行、抓优化、抓考核；抓基本功训练，就是要抓学习、抓培训、抓练兵、抓提升。要加强企业“三基”工作，必须加强组织领导，明确责任分工；必须强化顶层设计，实现系统推进；必须注重思想引导，增强内在动力；必须坚持“严”字当头，狠抓检查考核。%Three-basic work means grassroots construction ,foundation work as well as basic skills training .To strengthen enterprise three -basic work ,we must enhance organizational leadership and define responsibility .We must intensify top -level design to realize systematic pushing .
