Analysis on the differences of the mathematical ability of the male and female college students based on Morkov chain are carried out ,through the principle ,method and case analysis ,the theoretical basis ,features and steps of this method are described ,so providing a more objective method to analyze the students′learning ability.%基于Morkov链对男女大学生学习数学能力差异进行分析，通过原理、方法、案例分析阐述了此方法的理论依据、特点及步骤，为分析学生的学习能力提供了一种较为客观的方法。
