大学生身心健康发展离不开科学的人际关系作为支撑，和谐的人际关系是维系团体交流和知识弘扬的必要媒介。本文围绕目前高校学生交流模式进行客观论述，并将交流限制因素和对应调试方案梳理完全，使单位成员的心理障碍得到调整，为相关活动延展奠定基础，维持和谐的交往关系调试成果。整体任务需要配合长期的实践调研和科学解析，这对大学教育机制改革来讲具有重要的现实意义，需要引起学生思想政治工作管理人员的高度重视。%The healthy physical and psychological development of university students can not be without the support of interpersonal relationship, as harmonious interpersonal relationship is necessary medium to maintain the group communication and the performance of carrying the acknowledgement. Therefore, this thesis objectively discussed the present communication mode of university students, and sorted the limited factors and the corresponding solution out, which is aimed at eliminating the effect of psychological barrier, laying a suitable foundation for the relevant activities and maintaining the harmonious outcome of communication relationship. This work needs the long-term practical investigation and the scientific analysis, which has a profound significance to the reform of university edu-cation mechanism and should be high valued by the student thought political work management.
