地方院校外语教师发展需求调查分析——以吉林省为例

         

摘要

地方院校外语教师的教学理念和教学行为决定了教师的发展,教师对于课堂教学效果的需求是教师发展的动力和方向,教师对于培训机会的强烈渴求是教师发展需求的集中体现。%It turns out that teachers' development is determined by their teaching concept and behavior,teachers' needs on class teaching effect motivate and direct their development, and their desires for training opportunities reveal their determination of development. The teachers' intense craving for training opportunities is the concentrated embodiment of teachers' develop- ment needs.
