Encouraging college graduates to set up their own businesses is one of the most im- portant ways to deal with the grim employment situation, which also serves as a requirement for the realization of our national innovation strategy. There have been great misunderstan- dings in the concept of college students' entrepreneurship, and survival employment has been considered equivalent to innovative employment. This misunderstanding has weakened the in- novation factors and resulted in the ignorance of innovation in employment at the level of poli- cies, thus affecting the college students' activities in acquiring their entrepreneurship. There- fore, only by improving our understanding of entrepreneurship, optimizing policies of en- trepreneurship and reforming the education of entrepreneurship are we able to improve college graduates' ability in conducting entrepreneurship.%鼓励大学生自主创业是解决当前大学生就业难的一大措施，也是实施国家创新战略的需要。社会各界对高校大学生创业存在认识上的误区，将生存型就业等同于创业型就业，弱化了创业型就业的创造创新要素，造成政策层面对创业型就业的忽视，影响了大学生创业活动的开展。只有提高创业认识，优化创业政策，改革创业教育，才能切实提高我国大学生的自主创业能力。
