The construction of humanistic colleges has become an important path to strengthen colleges’ educa-tional culture ,intensional and characteristic development .There are many paths in the construction of humanistic colleges and constructing humanistic colleges from the perspective of cultural ecology is an useful attempt .After fig-uring out the connotation ,constitute elements and basic features of cultural ecology and exploring ways of construct -ing it in humanistic colleges ,some suggestions are put forward .%建设人文院校已经成为高校推行文化强校、内涵发展和特色发展战略的重要举措。人文院校建设存在多种路径，从文化生态的视角探索人文院校建设无疑是一种有益的尝试。弄清人文院校文化生态的内涵、构成要素、基本特征，探讨人文院校文化生态建设的路径，为人文院校文化生态建设提出一孔之见。
