Taking Guangdong College of Business and Technology as an example, in accordance with the con-notation of professional development of higher vocational teachers, this paper analyses the current situation and basic ways of the professional development of higher vocational teachers, and puts forward some suggestions on this mat-ter:to enhance the teachers’awareness about professional development, to intensify the training of teachers, and to raise the teachers’interest in scientific research.%本文从高职教师专业发展内涵出发，以广东工商职业学院为例，在对高职教师专业发展的现状和基本途径分析的基础上，提出高校教师专业发展的建议———提高教师专业发展意识、加大教师培训力度、提高教师科研兴趣。
