南疆中小学双语教师专业成长机制存在问题分析及长效机制构建策略

         

摘要

Growth mechanism is an important platform for teachers' professional development. Through the mechanism of the status quo of the research of Southern Xinjiang primary and middle school bilingual teachers professional growth. Teachers' professional growth way is single,the management way is single,a single incentive mechanism. Is a prominent problem. Therefore, through the renewal of the management mode,the diversification of the professional development path choice,and the diversification of the incentive mechanism, it is the objective requirement mechanism the bilingual teachers' professional development.%成长机制是教师专业成长赖以继续的重要平台。在对南疆中小学双语教师专业成长机制现状的调研中我们发现,教师专业成长途径单一、管理方式单一、激励机制单一是突出存在的问题。因此,对双语教师专业成长提出了管理方式的更新、专业成长路径选择的多样化、激励机制的多样化的客观要求。
