The copyright protection system is facing a number of challenges against the background of growing network acceleration technology. Not only there are more increased types of infringed work, but tortfeasors hard to identify. Which legislation should pay attention to operability and perspectiveness, because of the character of copyright related to internet techology, has more realistic significance for proctecting copyright and perfecting prevention and punishment system.%在网络加速技术不断取得突破的背景下，现有著作权保护机制面临诸多挑战。不仅被侵权的作品种类大大增加，侵权行为人也更难以认定。鉴于网络著作权依托于互联网技术的特性，相关立法应当注重可操作性和前瞻性，以完善侵权行为的事先预防与事后追究机制，更好地保护网络著作权。
