Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate the technique and outcome of the laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair. Methods:Clinical data of 486 patients who suffered from inguinal hernia and underwent laparoscopic hemiorrhaphy was analyzed retrospectively. Among them 120 cases were children and 366 cases were adult. Results: A total of 486 cases of laparoscopic inguinal herniorrhaphy were performed. All cases were successfully performed without any conversion. The mean hospital stay was 4.3d. No recurrence occurred during follow-up (3 months to 5 years). No severe complications encountered in these cases ,such as incision infection and intestinal adhesion. Conclusions:The laparoscopic inguinal herniorrhaphy is a safe and reliable procedure with satisfied longterm outcome.%目的:探讨腹腔镜下腹股沟疝的治疗技术及疗效.方法:回顾分析为486例腹股沟疝患者施行腹腔镜疝修补术的临床资料.其中小儿疝120例,成人疝366例.结果:486例腹腔镜疝修补术均获成功,无中转开放手术;平均住院4.3d,随访3个月～5年无复发,未发生戳孔感染、肠粘连等并发症.结论:腹腔镜治疗腹股沟疝安全可靠,具有良好的长期效果.
