However, in many aspects the current training mode of higher vocational education has been unable to meet the needs of higher vocational talents under the background of new urbanization. Under the background of new urbanization the development of higher vocational colleges should stop relying on the population rise, and strengthen the college-enterprise cooperation. The talents training mode should cater to the market change actively.
