合作学习教学模式是对传统教学模式改革的尝试手段之一。在合作教学模式中，学生与学生之间的合作以及教师与学生之间的合作已逐渐被认可，并得到了推广，然而教师与教师之间的合作教学并未得到推广。在高职院校中有效地实现教师之间的合作教学，可以实现教学资源共享，教师优势互补，达到教学效果最优化，因此也应得到推广。%The Teaching m ode of cooperative study is one of attem pted approaches for reform ing the traditional teaching m ode. In the m ode of cooperative teaching, the cooperation betw een students them selves and cooperation betw een students and teachers are gradually accepted and w idely used. H ow ever, cooperation betw een teachers hasn't been w idely used. R ealizing the cooperative teaching betw een teachers them selves effectively can achieve the share of teaching resources and the com plem entary of teachers' advantages in higher vocational colleges to gain the optim ization of teaching effect, therefore, it should be also prom oted.
