新形势下深化高职教育改革的新思考——着眼于人才培养从能力本位向职业本位的转变与调适

         

摘要

What is the orientation for higher vocational and technical education is the essential problem of affecting talents' training.Under the serious situation of employment at present,the tendency of focusing ability without knowledge and quality will lead to the decrease of students' social adaptation ability in cross-industry and cross-post,which affects the development of students' vocational shift and vocational career.Therefore,under the new social situation of knowledge economy,higher vocational education must get out of the limitation of ability orientation,and finishes the transition from ability core to vocational core to realize the development from training labor activity to training talents activity.%高等职业技术教育以什么为本位,是影响人才培养的一个根本性问题。在就业形势十分严峻的今天,偏重能力,忽视知识、素质的倾向,将会导致学生跨行业、跨岗位的社会适应能力下降,从而影响学生职业迁移及职业生涯发展。因此,在知识经济日益成熟的社会新形势下,高职教育必须跳出能力本位的局限,完成从"能力核心"向"职业核心"的转变和调适,实现由培训"劳动力"的活动向培养"人才"的活动递进。
