校企合作、校地合作、校产合作,是办好职业技术教育,培养技能型专门人才,为中小微企业服务的重要途径。根据职业技术教育在为中小微企业服务中的地位和作用,提出了当前职业技术教育服务中小微企业的对策：创新职业技术教育理念;建立企业参与职业技术教育的管理机制;创新培养人才的模式;创新职业技术教育内容;创新师资队伍建设的模式。%College-enterprise cooperation,college-location cooperation and college-production cooperation are the important approaches for running vocational technical education,training technical professional talents and servicing middle and small micro-enterprises.According to the location and function of vocational technical education in middle and small micro-enterprise service,this paper puts forward its countermeasure,including the innovation of concept on vocational technical education,the construction of management mechanism for enterprises' participation in vocational technical education,the innovation of cultivating talents' mode,the innovation of content for vocational technical education,and the innovation of mode on teaching staff's construction.
