高炉内还原性煤气的能量利用分析与数值模拟

         

摘要

Based on multiple transfer theory and metallurgical reaction engineering , the numerical simulation model for blast furnace has been built .And the surplus of chemical energy of gradually reduced iron oxides in blast furnace is analyzed .It seems to research that there are excess thermodynamics condition but insufficient kinetics ones in the top half of blast furnace .In other word , there is a mis-match between the heatenergy and chemical energy in the top -space of reactor .This can provide the basis for further development of new technology and process .%基于多相传输理论和冶金反应工程学方法建立了高炉数值模拟模型,分析了高炉内铁氧化物逐级还原的化学能富余情况。研究可知,在高炉中上部其热力学条件富余而动力学或传输条件不足,即反应器上部空间的热能(温度)和化学能(还原势)不匹配,为进一步开发相关新的工艺和方法奠定基础。
